Goal 13: Climate Action aims to combat climate change and mitigate its effects.

Goal 13 only includes 5 targets, a majority of which are only applicable to government. However, Target 13.3 looks at improving education, awareness-raising and human and institutional capacity on climate change mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction and early warning. This is something any business can do through advertising campaigns, office posters and signs and general communication about mitigating climate change.

Another way of committing to the achievement of Goal 13 is through donating company profits to charities working to mitigate climate change and its effects in developing countries.
