I don't run my business, my marriage, my parenting or my politics on autopilot. Every part of my life, including the operating systems behind the five businesses my husband and I run, the mission our marriage was built on and the choices behind how we're raising our son, was designed on purpose, not inherited by default.
Left on default, a business runs on whatever's easiest that quarter. A marriage runs on a feeling with nothing to hold onto once it gets hard. A childhood gets designed by advertisers, algorithms and convenience, whether you meant it to or not.
I work with people who are done running their business, their relationship or their family on somebody else's blueprint. I'll help you build a way of operating you actually choose, because you're the designer of your own life, not a passenger in someone else's version of it.
