I have spent close to two decades moving between policy rooms, boardrooms and my own kitchen table, and the same pattern shows up in all three. The question is the same in all three: is this actually built to last, or does it just look like it works?
I have worked as a registered lobbyist and policy strategist, then built and ran multiple businesses spanning strategic consulting, technology and the arts, while raising and homeschooling my son. I have spoken to audiences including UN forums, industry bodies and national summits, not as an observer describing systems from outside them but as someone who has built, run and repaired them from within.

My experience is where the Logic Audit came from, the habit of tracing an accepted behaviour or assumption back to its actual structural logic rather than accepting it because it is common.
Applied to a business, that might mean growth built on strain rather than structure.
Applied to a marriage, a community or a craft, it might mean roles or traditions that were never actually shared or built to hold.
The pattern is the same each time, something durable mistaken for something that simply happens to be working today.
